Through her supervision I am more conscious of my posture, able to self correct while out walking and more
confident in my balance. She addresses such facts of modern life as tense shoulders and computer posture.
She is genuinely interested in her clients, pleased with their improvements and considerate of their difficulties.
However I feel, stressed, unwell or fit, I feel better after my pilates session with Sarah.
After having two knee replacements Sarah has enabled me to resume a normal life of walking and cycling.
Her very professional approach to applying her skills in pilates together with her warm personality have been a great addition to our determination to stay active in our seventies.
